For those of you that do not know Joe and Megan bought a house last week. They are moving about 45 minutes NW of us in North Carolina. It is a very nice house. It has a small yard but, that is perfect for them. The house is 1900 sq ft. 3 Bedroom 2.5 bath. They should be moving in within the next 30 days. They are very excited about their house.
