We made it!!!

Today we made it to South Carolina. We arrived at the campground around 3:00, so the trip took as only 6 days. Not bad for driving all the way across the United States with the five of us and a baby. The only bad thing about arriving so soon is that our Joe would have been able to come with us and then caught a fleight home on Saturday but, he stayed at home because he has to enroll for classes on Monday. Joe is only two terms away for finishing college and he needs a couple of classes that build upon each other so it is very important that he gets into these classes so he can come here in December. We all miss him very much. We have been talking to him everyday.

The weather here was about 85 and some humitity which, none of some have ever had to deal with that before. So Matt, Michelle, Bailey, and I just stayed inside the motorhome until it cooled off. Then we went to check out our house. And we were surprised!!!! The inspection is tomorrow at 9:00 in the morning and they still have a lot to do to the house. We are planning on closing on Monday and our household items arrive on Tuesday. I sure hope everything works out. We have been in the motorhome for almost a week now and we all can not wait to get some of our own space back.

While we were in a cool motorhome Megan and Joe went to the theme park. They said it was OK but, very hot. Tomorrow I think we are planning on spending the day at the waterpark. So hopefully it will seem cooler to us.
